I am an artist, a teacher, a healer and a mother of young adults.
My teaching style is light and fun. I truly love people and connecting on a heart level. I like to laugh and play and get messy. My artistic style is whimsical, filled with scribbles and crooked lines, bright colors, and stories.
I dance, paint and makes up stories - usually all at the same time.
I love the power and the beauty of the creative process in helping us transform and step more fully into our greater selves. I love when people come together to create, build community, explore possibilities, laugh, play, and share stories.
Magic happens when women gather!
My mission is to remind myself and others, that we can live a joyous life filled with love, while stepping into the truth and beauty of who we are.
My professional training is as a healer. I received a Bachelors degree in Nursing from Southern Oregon University and a Masters degree in Public Health and Community Development from the University of Hawaii. I have Worked as a Public Health Nurse, Health Educator, and a School Nurse.

Artistic pursuits and creativity have been an important part of my life for as long as I can recall.
Making lines and shapes with pencil or pen; taking my first pictures with my dad’s fancy new polaroid camera was a thrill; I still remember the first remnant my mom gave me when I was finally old enough to use the sewing machine all by myself. Creating with clay, smearing paint with my fingers, designing a pouch with leather and beads – whatever it was I had a good time doing it.
The simple act of creating… watching something grow and blossom from a few raw materials has always been an absorbing and satisfying experience that has caused me to learn a lot about myself, as an artist, as a woman, as a human.
Although born in Salem, Oregon, I have lived in New York, Washington, California and finally, Montana.
Professionally I am a Psychotherapist, an Artist and an Intentional Creativity Teacher. I have the great privilege of working with people and assisting them toward achieving their goals for a happier more satisfying life.
I have lived in the Flathead Valley since 1996 and if I am not in the office or painting you can find me playing pickleball, hiking our beautiful country or playing with my grandchildren!
